Terms of use.

Last updated: 20 April 2026

The short version

Orbit is free. Use it for any legitimate lifecycle-marketing work, personal or commercial. Don't redistribute the MCPB as your own, don't try to break the site, don't do anything illegal with it. We provide it as-is. If you're in Australia, the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law still apply and nothing below takes those away.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and JSTN Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 81 690 388 768) trading as Orbit AI ("Orbit", "we", "us"). They cover:

  • The website at get.yourorbit.team.
  • The free MCPB extension (Orbit for Claude).
  • The free web apps under /apps.
  • Any downloadable artefact we publish.

What you can do

  • Install and run Orbit on any machine you control, for any legal purpose, commercial or personal. No per-seat licence. No usage cap.
  • Use the guides, skills, and web apps as references in your own work. A link back is appreciated but not required.
  • Quote short passages from the guides or skill pages in your own writing with attribution.
  • Fork or contribute to any public Orbit repository under the licence stated in that repo.

What you can't do

  • Republish the full Orbit MCPB under a different brand or pretend you built it. Re-package and resell without a written agreement.
  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, or circumvent any rate limit.
  • Reverse-engineer the admin surface, try to access data that isn't yours, or probe for vulnerabilities without a responsible-disclosure report to justin@yourorbit.team.
  • Use Orbit to send spam, run scams, harass people, or operate unsolicited outbound at scale. We will block you and, if serious, report you.
  • Use the MCPB to exfiltrate customer data from your Braze instance to a third party without authorisation. The tools are yours — the data obligations come with them.

Who owns what

Orbit's code, guides, and branding are owned by JSTN Consulting Pty Ltd. Output Claude produces when you run the skills is yours — we don't claim rights over the emails, programs, plans, or docs you generate. The MCPB is distributed under the terms stated in its public repository.

Third-party dependencies

Orbit works with Claude Desktop (Anthropic) and optionally with Braze. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their uptime, pricing, or behaviour. If Anthropic changes the MCP spec in a way that breaks Orbit, we'll ship a fix — but we can't guarantee a zero-downtime migration.

No warranty (to the extent permitted)

Orbit is provided as-is. We make no promises that it's error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with every Braze workspace configuration. The free web apps are calculators and helpers — you're responsible for sanity-checking anything critical that comes out of them before it touches a real send.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction where that exclusion is not legally permitted.

Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Orbit is limited to AUD $100. This cap doesn't apply to liability that can't be limited under applicable consumer law.

Suspension and termination

We may block access or take down content that breaches these terms. You can stop using Orbit at any time by uninstalling the MCPB and unsubscribing from any email list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute goes to the courts of Queensland first, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise for your jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change anything substantive, the "last updated" date at the top will change and — if we have your email — we'll tell you before it takes effect.
